Return Policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item for a refund or exchange. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Start a Return

Email sandy88vu@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm the details and send you next steps, including the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sandy88vu@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and final sale items (clearly marked as such at purchase) are not eligible for return.
